lexi's a senior!

What a beautiful smile, huh? Lexi was so easy-going and fun--and she brought FIVE changes of clothes, it was pretty hilarious. I think she only ended up with three. This was shot with Lux Photography NC, and was my first session of only individual portraits. Lexi was willing to sit, lay, stand or lean however we told her too--totally a good sport. Here are some of her lovely shots!

courtney and derek

we took these pictures in downtown chapel hill on october 18th. derek and courtney were a lot of fun and also total hams (particularly derek) which made taking their pictures even more fun! and courtney's hair looked awesome in the pictures--and I know derek agreed 'cause he could not stop saying "I am SO glad she's a blonde!" silly boy. we were a little chilly but enjoyed our downtown adventure (and the yummy pizza afterwards!)

nicole's bridal portraits

we took these on a sunday afternoon in nicole's neighborhood and their clubhouse. it was sunny and hot, but nicole was a trooper and they turned out BEAUTIFULLY! look for some photos from her wedding soon!

k & a engagement photos

these photos were especially difficult to get--at the beginning of our shoot it was sprinkling. Fortunately, the rain was a special addition to the photos, since a proposed to k during a downpour!
